炼钢用预熔精炼渣基本信息

本公司开发的预熔精炼渣，精选优质原料，经烧结（熔融）、冷却，破碎、分筛成不同粒度的产品。其主要有：CaO－Al2O3系、CaO－SiO2－Al2O3－MgO系等。另外可根据用户需求生产其它类系的精炼渣。

    Premelting refining slag is produced of selected quality raw materials by sintering or fusing as clinker, then cooling, broken and sieved into various sizes particles. And there are CaO－Al2O3 series、CaO－SiO2－Al2O3－MgO series and so on. And other types can be produced by us according to customers' requires.

2、预熔精炼渣采用烧结（熔融）法制造，其具备其他类型不具备的特点。
2.Premelting refining is produced by sintering (premelting) method, and it has the characteristics which other types does not possess.
3、成分均匀一致。   3.Components uniform.
4、熔点低、熔化速度快、流动性好、润滑性好，有利于脱硫效率的提高。
4.Lower melting,rapid melting speed,good flow and good lubricity,which benefit for desulphuration effect.
5、不需要化渣过程，可大缩短冶炼时间。5.No need slagging time can shorten melting time greatly.
6、产品为块状或颗粒状，可减少冶炼过程中的粉尘污染。

7、主要适用于冶炼高质量钢材过程中的脱硫、保温等。

 二、颗粒尺寸 Particle size
一般产品颗粒尺寸1～30mm，也可根据用户需求进行调整。
Generally particle size range is 1-30mm, and also adjust according to customers' requires.
三、包装 Packing
采用塑膜复合编制吨袋（1000Kg） 包装，也可根据用户需求采用其他形式包装。
25kg plastic complex woven bag or according to customers' requires.
 四、注意事项 Attention
炼钢用预熔精炼渣运输和贮存时，应防止受潮，不得与其他物品混杂。
